Maid Different

Anna and her staff are a stellar team. From my first moment interacting with Anna, she has been friendly, professional, and communicative. She set up a call to learn about my short term rental before the first clean. This has set the stage for a collaborative working relationship. She does a meticulous job of turning over my property, using photos and detailed documentation. She communicates very clearly if anything is amiss or if my inventory is running low. She is conscientious of covid, following all cdc guidelines when cleaning the property. I made a checklist that she uses and always follows to a T. She always leaves the house in immaculate condition. She is professional, efficient, meticulous, detail oriented, always on time, and caring. I don’t know where I would be without her. I am excited to continue using her in the future.
