Whether you haven't cleaned your home in a long time (we aren't judging), you have built up stains/rust in your kitchen, bathroom, etc. that just won't budge, or you own a vacation rental that sees a lot of traffic, but also more dirt and bacteria (yuck) our deep cleaning packages are just what your property needs. Maid Different's Cleaning Professionals will dust and vacuum hard-to-reach ledges, windows, light fixtures, fans, and above cabinets, spot clean stains on carpets and upholstery, clean garbage cans and recycling bins, clean and dust blinds, launder curtains, vacuum couches and cushions as well as move furniture to get underneath and around, remove and clean vent covers, wipe base boards, descale and polish faucets and shower heads, clean inside and outside oven and wire rack, empty and clean refrigerator/freezer, de-grease stovetop, hood fan/filter, and pot grates, wipe smudges off doors/frames, and scrub grout/stains in showers and sinks. If we might add, our home and office organizing, carpet and upholstery cleaning and/or indoor/outdoor window cleaning are perfect additions to this service!

Cancellation Policy

Once you’ve made an appointment with Maid Different we immediately reserve the appointment time exclusively and respectively for you. We kindly ask for 48 hours notice of cancellation or preferably the most notice you can provide once you know you will not be able to keep the appointment time. If you cancel less than 48 hours from your appointment time you will be charged 25% of the amount of your agreed rate for the canceled appointment. If you cancel less than 24 hours from your appointment time you will be charged 50% the amount of your agreed rate for the cancelled appointment. We are happy to accommodate you with a rescheduled appointment however that will be subject to availability.
