Service Description

Maid Different professionals understand how Vacation Turnovers differ from "regular" residential cleanings. We also understand how each Vacation property is unique which is why we create custom cleaning checklists to promote consistency in appearance and cleanliness. Maid Different Cleaning Professionals will vacuum, mop, wipe down all surfaces as well as high use areas, such as door knobs and remote controls, dust, sanitize and clean bathrooms, wipe down the exterior and interior of kitchen appliances, clean dishes and/or run the dishwasher when needed and put clean dishes away, strip beds and launder linens and towels as well as put clean linens and towels away. We recommend a monthly deep clean and carpet/upholstery cleaning to keep your property guest ready and able to uphold to the wear and tear of constant traffic.


Cancellation Policy

Once you’ve made an appointment with Maid Different we immediately reserve the appointment time exclusively and respectively for you. We kindly ask for 48 hours notice of cancellation or preferably the most notice you can provide once you know you will not be able to keep the appointment time. If you cancel less than 48 hours from your appointment time you will be charged 25% of the amount of your agreed rate for the canceled appointment. If you cancel less than 24 hours from your appointment time you will be charged 50% the amount of your agreed rate for the cancelled appointment. We are happy to accommodate you with a rescheduled appointment however that will be subject to availability.
