Our carpet and upholstery cleaning method not only removes stubborn stains, but also refreshes your carpet and furniture, ridding your home of any unpleasant odors. The formula we use is free from heavy metals, phosphates and dyes making it eco- friendly and safe for use around animals and children. The machine we use is effective at removing embedded dirt and stains so not just the surface of your carpet and upholstery is getting cleaned but all the areas you can't see where bacteria, mildew, and mold usually grow.

Cancellation Policy

Once you’ve made an appointment with Maid Different we immediately reserve the appointment time exclusively and respectively for you. We kindly ask for 48 hours notice of cancellation or preferably the most notice you can provide once you know you will not be able to keep the appointment time. If you cancel less than 48 hours from your appointment time you will be charged 25% of the amount of your agreed rate for the canceled appointment. If you cancel less than 24 hours from your appointment time you will be charged 50% the amount of your agreed rate for the cancelled appointment. We are happy to accommodate you with a rescheduled appointment however that will be subject to availability.
