From stocking supplies and ordering to coordinating any type of work and communicating with guests, our team ensures that your property is well-maintained and your guests are well taken care of. We handle everything, so you can relax and enjoy the benefits of your investment.

Cancellation Policy

Once you’ve made an appointment with Maid Different we immediately reserve the appointment time exclusively and respectively for you. We kindly ask for 48 hours notice of cancellation or preferably the most notice you can provide once you know you will not be able to keep the appointment time. If you cancel less than 48 hours from your appointment time you will be charged 25% of the amount of your agreed rate for the canceled appointment. If you cancel less than 24 hours from your appointment time you will be charged 50% the amount of your agreed rate for the cancelled appointment. We are happy to accommodate you with a rescheduled appointment however that will be subject to availability.
